Rocky Road Squares

Ingredients

• 1 c honey graham crumbs
• 1/4 c liquid clover honey
• 1/4 c butter, melted
• 2 c mini marshmallows
• 1 pkg (100 g) chopped pecans or pecan pieces
• 1 c semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a bowl, stir together graham crumbs, honey & butter
Pat into bottom of 8" square baking dish
Bake for 8 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over hot graham crust.
Sprinkle with pecans, then chocolate chips. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until marshmallows begin to turn golden and chocolate chips are soft.
Cool on wire rack. Chill until firm
Makes 16 squares
