Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook Thai rice noodles according to directions on package.
2. While noodles are cooking, chop broccoli, water chestnuts and carrots into bite-size pieces. (I like to julienne my carrots.)
3. Slice steak into bite-size strips.
4. Heat olive oil in large pan. Fry steak strips until cooked throughout.
5. Add soy sauce and broccoli. Fry 2-3 minutes. (Optional: Add 1-2 tbsp. spicy Thai chili sauce for an extra spicy kick!)
6. Add carrots and water chestnuts. Fry 5-6 minutes.
Total frying time should be approximately 10-12 minutes.
Serve stir-fry on top of a bed of rice noodles and enjoy!
