Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2.2 lbs (1kg) ground beef
- 1/2 c quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp steak sauce
- 3 tbsp prepared mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Combine meat, rolled oats, onion, salt, pepper, garlic salt and milk.
Mix with fork until well blended
Shape into six ovals, at least one inch thick.
Brush sauce on one side of meat patties.
Set on grill sauced side down. Broil about 5 minutes then sauce top side and turn. Broil 5-8 minutes or until done the way you like them.
These are good whether BBQ'd or in the frying pan with onions and peppers and served with noodles.
