- 1 8oz. container of sour cream
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can of corn niblets with liquid
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 egg
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350*
BUTTER a baking dish
BEAT egg and add remaining ingredients to combine well
BAKE for 1 hour
