Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Seasonings to taste
- 2 tubes small biscuits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown ground beef with seasonings of your choice and add onions.
2. Once the meat is cooked, remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
3. Add one cup of cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Flatten one biscuit and add a pinch of cheese
5. Add about 1 Tbsp of the meat mixture.
6. Bring the sides of the biscuit up and over the top, pinching them closed to form a ball.
7. Place the balls about 1" apart on a cookie sheet.
8. Brush the top with egg wash. Add sesame seeds if desired.
9. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
