Ingredients
- Dough:
- 4 tsp Dry Yeast
- 8 cups Flour
- Dash Salt
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 3/4 sticks Margarine
- 2 cups Water
- 1 Egg + 2 Yolks
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Sugar
- Filling:
- 1 cup Cocoa
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 stick Margarine (softened)
- Hot Water (about 1/4 cup)
- Crumb:
- 1/2 cup Margarine
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Proof yeast with water and some sugar.
Mix together dough ingredients.
Let it rise for 1-1 1/2 hours.
Mix together filling ingredients.
Add just enough water to make a paste.
Divide dough into 4 pieces.
Spread filling liberally.
Roll up from a short end. Twist.
Place in greased loaf or tube pan.
Mix together crumbs.
Top with crumbs.
Bake @ 350.
