Ingredients

  • 1 frozen meatless hamburger-style patty with 100 calories or less (like Boca Original Vegan Meatless Burger)
  • 2 corn taco shells (flat-bottomed shells, if available)
  • 1 slice fat-free American cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 hamburger dill pickle chips
  • 2 tbsp. diced tomato
  • 2 tbsp. diced onion
  • Optional: ketchup, mustard, and fat-free mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Place burger patty on a microwave-safe plate and microwave until thawed, about 1 minute. Chop into bite-sized pieces. Microwave until hot, about 30 seconds.

To assemble, equally distribute patty pieces between the 2 shells. Tear cheese slice in half, and place 1 half in each shell.

If you like, top with any of the optional condiments (or your guilt-free burger toppings of choice). Evenly distribute lettuce, pickle chips, tomato, and onion between the shells. Dig in!
