Salad, Pea, Crunchy Green

Ingredients

• 1 10 oz. pkg frozen peas
• 1 c. diced celery
• 1 c. chopped cauliflower
• 1/4 c. sliced green onion
• 2 tbsp. diced pimento
• 1 c. roasted cashews or sunflower seeds
• 1/4 c. crumbled crisp bacon
• 1/3 c. sour cream
• 1 c. ranch salad dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse peas in hot water and drain well. Combine vegetables, nuts, bacon and sour cream. Add ranch dressing and toss gently. Chill before serving.
