Ingredients
- 4 lb bag of chicken wings (frozen or fresh)
- Breading mixture: (mix all dry ingredients in bowl with cover or freezer bag)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Melting Mixture: (Melt in 13 x 9 baking dish)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl that has a cover or ziplock bag.
In 13" x 9" baking dish melt 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup shortening.
Take 3 or 4 pieces of a chicken and shake in dry ingredients until fully covered.
Once melted add battered chicken skin side down and cook for 45 minutes
Flip chicken pieces over and finish for 15 minutes, baste chicken with pan juices often.
Serve Hot :
Optional buffalo style: Once removed from oven, pour baking dish remaining juices into stainless bowl and pour in equal parts of FRANK's Red Hot sauce into stainless bowl. (less Frank's for mild) thoroughly coat wings in sauce and serve for Buffalo Style! Enjoy
