Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup shortening (I use butter)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. salt

Cooking time 70mins
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together for 10 minutes. Pour into prepaared tube pan. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Check a little before time. Flip it back over as soon as possible. The top is crunchy. So good.
