- 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste), divided
- 2 (1 1/2-oz) whole-grain bread slices, toasted
- 1/2 firm-ripe medium-size pear, unpeeled and thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/8 tsp flaky or kosher salt

Stir together ricotta cheese, honey, and 1 1/2 teaspoons tahini in a bowl. Spread about 1/4 cup ricotta mixture evenly over even toast slice. Top evenly with pear slices; sprinkle with walnuts. Drizzle each toast with 1 1/2 teaspoons tahini, and sprinkle evenly with salt.
