Ingredients
- 2 medium lemons
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 t ground black pepper
- 1/4 t ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1 boneless beef top sirloin steak, 1 1/4" thick (about 1 1/2 lbs) *
- If using chuck steak, tenderize by marinating from 4 hours to overnight.

Preparation
Step 1
From one lemon, remove 3 strips of peel 3" x 1" each.
From both lemonds, squeeze 1/4 cup juice.
In bowl, mix lemon peel, lemon juice, soy sauce, oil garlic and both peppers.
Pour into large ziplock bag; turn to coat and press out excess air.
Place bag on plate and refrigerate 30 minutes
Cook.
