Ingredients
- 8-9 slices white bread crusts cut off
- 8 eggs
- 3 1/2 c milk (not skim)
- 1 t salt
- 2 t dry mustard
- cubes of ham, turkey, sausage, whatever
- mushrooms, green pepper, onion, other veggies to taste
- salt and pepper
- 10 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Grease 9x13 glass baking pan. Line with bread. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Beat eggs and mix in salt and pepper and dry mustard. Pour over bread and cheese. Add other ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Take out 30 mins prior to baking. Put pan of water on lower rack of oven and bake 1/2 hour at 350. Remove water and bake one additional hour.
