Ingredients
- 6 Cups chopped Rhubarb, I peel off the pink/red part.
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 small box Raspberry or Strawberry Jello
- 1 can pie mix anyflavor or 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)

Preparation
Step 1
In medium sause pan place rhubarb and sugar. Cook till tender stir often .
When tender remove from heat add jello and pie mix. Put into canning jars.
No need to sterilize.
