Mild Peach Salsa

Ingredients

  • 6 cups chopped peaches- pitted and peeled
  • 1 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 jalapeno peppers- seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper- chopped
  • 1 small green pepper-chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 clove garlic- finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin

Preparation

Step 1

Sterilize jars, lids and rings.
Prepare canner and bring water to a boil.

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Boil gently, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.

Ladle salsa into hot jars. Apply lids and rings and tighten lightly.
Process in canner for 10 minutes.
