Peanut Butter Cookies

A favorite growing up. Warm or cold.

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Peanut Butter
• 1 Cup Shortening
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 3 cups Flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Baking Soda

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four indredients in mixer. Add eggs and mix. In seperate bowl combine dry indredients then add to mixture.

Place by spoonfull on baking sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour.

Bake 375 for 8-10 min.
