Ingredients

  • 2 cups pinto beans (soaked for 4-8 hours to avoid excess cooking time)
  • 6 cups water
  • 4 stripes bacon (cooked)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 T cumin
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker except the salt. Pressure cook for 45 minutes on setting 1 or 7-8 lbs. of pressure.

Let cool naturally.

Add salt to taste
