Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cube butter (melted)
- 1 pint cottage cheese (small curd)
- 2 (4 oz.) cans diced Ortega chilies
- 1 lb. grated Jack cheese
- dash salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk. Butter 9" x 13" baking dish (use some of melted butter).
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 1/2 hour. Total baking time = 45 minutes.
Serves 12.
