Ingredients
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- white cake mix
- 1-1/2 sticks butter
Preparation
Step 1
Spread pie filling on bottom of deep covered baker. Sprinkle white cake mix over filling. Drizzle melted butter over cake. Microwave for 10 minutes, stir, then microwave another 2-3 minutes. Serve with whipped topping or frost with cream cheese, or white frosting. When still warm serve with a scoop of ice cream.
