Ingredients
- 1 cup hot cooked grits
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 3/4 cups hot milk
- 1 stick soft butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated cheese (Cheddar and Monteray Jack)
- 2 pounds hot bulk sausage(cooked and drained)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together first 6 ingredients.
Layer sausage, grits mixture, top with cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 325F.
(Center should not be jiggly).
