- 1 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp shallot(s), minced
- 1 Tbsp dill, minced
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste

Bring water to a simmer in a large saucepan; add shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 1 minute. Drain; let cool.
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together in small bowl; toss with shrimp.
