Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C chopped cooked chicken
- 3/4 C shredded cheddar
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 T dried minced onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp grated Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place 6 custard cups in baking pan. Measure 1/4 C chicken and 2 T cheddar into each cup. Heat milk to just below simmering; set aside. In mixing bowl, beat eggs, onion, salt and paprika; stir in milk. Pour into custard cups. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp Parmesan. Put in oven. Pour water into pan to within 1/2" of top of custard cups.
Bake until knife comes out clean, approx 25 minutes. gently loosen and invert on platter.
