Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. round steak cut 1/2" thick
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic (chopped fine)
- 1 hard cooked egg (chopped fine) optional
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 4 tbsp. onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. Locatelli cheese

Step 1
Lay steak flat. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover steak with the remaining ingredients. Roll up and secure with toothpicks (or tie with string). Brown in hot oil on all sides. Place the braciola in your spaghetti sauce and continue cooking until tender. Remove toothpicks, slice and serve.
