Ingredients
- 1 large can of chickpeas (about 2 cups), drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tahini
- salt, to taste (I use 1 to 1-1/2 tsp of sea salt)
- water, as desired

Combine all ingredients in the food processor and puree, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
