Ingredients

  • 1 large can of chickpeas (about 2 cups), drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • salt, to taste (I use 1 to 1-1/2 tsp of sea salt)
  • water, as desired
