Southern Fudge Pie

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 unbaked pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together first six ingredients.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then reduce to 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Bake until the pie has “puffed” just a bit and is set in the center.
Allow to cool and serve.
