Ingredients
- Icing:
- 2 Yellow or chocolate cake mixes
- Ingredients on box.
- Eggs
- Oil
- Water
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 8 oz. evaporated canned milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 15 large marshmallows
- 7 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Bake cake mixes according to directions for 2 mixes. Pour into four layers for each cake. Bake about 10 minutes until light brown. Let cool.
Icing:
Mix and cook butter, evaporated milk, sugar and marshmallows about 10 minutes till starts changing color - a little brown. Add 7 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips. Mix in till melted. Set aside to cool till spreading consistency. Frost layers.
