Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) pork butt
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Step 1
Sprinkle pork heavily with Worcestershire sauce; turn it over and sprinkle other sides heavily as well. Take handful of brown sugar and "smush" it all over meat on all sides. Pour apple juice in bottom of crock, not over meat. Cover cooker and turn to low. Cook for 8 to 10 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, lift meat out and keep warm in a 200 degree oven.
Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/4 cup water. Add to drippings in slow cooker. Cook on high, stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes. Serve with the roast.
