- 12 large Granny Smith apples
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups sugar

Step 1
Peel, core and cut apples into 1 1/2-inch chunks. Place chunks in a large bowl. Toss apple with lemon juice and sugar. Place mixture into slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Stir until desired consistency. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
