Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake, broken into small pieces
- 1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c pecans, chopped
- 3 small containers Cool Whip
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup +4 Tbsp hot water.
Stir in sugar, lemon juice & pineapple.
Add pecans.
Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Remove & combine with angel food cake.
Mix in 2 containers Cool Whip.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Refrigerate 6 hours.
