Spicy Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 c sugar
• 1 t baking soda
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 1/2 c vegetable oil
• 1/2 c water
• 1/4 t baking powder
• 3/4 t salt
• 2 t cinnamon
• 1 t ground cloves
• 2 t nutmeg
• 1 c canned pumpkin
• 1-2/3 c sifted all purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325.

Mix all ingredients.

Pour into a greased 5x9" loaf pan.

Bake 1-1/2 hours.
