Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange potatoes in a large pan.
Beat cream cheese and milk together. Add garlic, pour over potatoes and bring to a low boil for 15 minutes.
Transfer potato mixture to a greased baking dish; sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chives. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
