Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz. filet mignons
- steak seasoning of your choice
- 1 cup mixed mushrooms
- 1 cup ancho/anaheim horseradish sauce (see condiments/sauces for recipe)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream

Step 1
Season steaks and grill to desired doneness.
In skillet, heat butter, Ancho Horseradish sauce and mushrooms until they are soft. Add cream to mushroom mixture and simmer until warmed.
Serve over steaks.
