Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup butter, room temp.
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until crumbly. Press half of mixture into bottom of pan, 8 or 9 inch square. Combine remaining ingredients; beat until smooth and creamy. Pour over crust. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350*. Cool. Cut into bars and store in refrigerator.
