Ingredients
- Roma Tomatoes - about 10 halved
- 1 onion chopped
- few garlic cloves, sliced
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 2 - 3 about 2 - 3 cups fresh spinach

Preparation
Step 1
Place halved tomatoes, onions and garlic in pan, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Roast at 375 for approx. 30 min.
Toss with fresh spinach - heat from the tomatoes will wilt the spinach.
