Step 1
* Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss and set aside until ready to cook.
* Preheat oven to 425. Spread rapini on parchment-lined baking sheet and distribute evenly.
* Roast for 10 - 20 minutes, turning once with tongs, until edges are starting to crisp and florets are done.
