• one sourdough english muffin
• 1/2 stick string cheese
• butter
• red hot sauce
• 2 poached eggs
• 2 links turkey sausage

Step 1

toast engish muffin
butter muffin
cook turkey sausage, slice lenghwise into strips
peel cheese into strips
poach 2 eggs with salt
layer butter, cheese, sausage, the top with egg. make a face out of the egg yolk and two dots of hot sauce for eyes.
