Fruit Preserves Xmas Cookies
- 1 C butter
- 1/2 C confectioner sugar
- 2 C flour
- 1/4 C raspberry or apricot jam
- crushed nuts (opt.)
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 35mins
Cream butter and sugar, mix in flour. Knead into a ball. Roll into 1" balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 5 mins at 400 deg.
With small spoon, make small depression in cookie. Bake additional 1 - 2- mins. Cool.
Fill depressions with jam, sprinkle with nuts.
