Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian Bread
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 sticks of butter
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 10 oz. Can of cream of chicken soup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- S&P to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Tear bread into small pieces into large bowl
2. Sauté onions and celery in butter for 5 minutes
3. Pour over bread
4. Combine half of the soup with the eggs and s&p in small bowl
5. Pour over bread-onion-celery mixture
6. Shape into small balls and place in 9x13 baking pan
7. Mix remaing soup with water (1/2 can) until smooth
8. Pour over stuffing balls
9. Bake covered at 300 for 1 hour
10. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer
