  • 1 pound (cooked weight) lentils
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • Dried rosemary
  • Dried basil
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
