Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 4 lb bone-in pork shoulder, cut into 3 pieces and trimmed of all visible fat
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1/3 C cider vinegar
- 1/4 C tomato paste
- 1/4 C water
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp hot-pepper sauce
- Mix salt, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne. Rub all over pork. Combine pork and remaining ingredients in large slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
- Remove pork from slow cooker and discard bone. Cool 10 minutes. Using forks, shred pork. Combine with sauce from cooker.
