Salmon burgers with Asian slaw and soy mayo

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 lb salmon, skinned, bones removed. And cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup Panko
- 1/4 cup minced scallions
- 2 tblsp. Cilantro
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1 /2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Soy mayo
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup mayo
- Asian slaw
- 1/2 pkg Cole slaw mix, 1/4 cup each sweet onion and red bell,sliced, 1/4 cup sliced scallions, 2 tblsp. Cilantro,
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 3 tblsp. Rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tblsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Step 1
put the salmon cubes into a food processor and pulse. Then add the other ingredients and pulse to make a burger consistency. Form patties and cover and refrigerate till ready to make.
For mayo put the soy sauce and the sugar into a sauce pan and reduce to a syrup, about 2 minutes. Cool and add the mayo.
For the slaw just mix the veg together and whir the sauce ingredients then add. Top with sesame seeds.
