  • 4 slices soft sandwich bread, white or whole wheat
  • 1/4 cup softened lowfat cream cheese
  • 2 TBS raisins
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 TBS margarine

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove crusts from bread slices. Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese. Top with raisins. Roll each slice of bread into log with cream cheese on the inside.

2) Mix sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl. Melt margarine in another bowl. Dip each roll (bread side, not ends) into margarine, then into sugar mixture. Cut each roll into 3 bite-sized pieces. Place on cookie sheet, seam side down.

3) Bake roll-ups for 10 - 12 mins or until light brown. Seve warm for a snack or cool as a lunch treat.
