Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk (for cooking)
- 1 tsp Maesri-Masaman curry paste
- 1 tsp salt, rounded
- 2 tsp white sugar, rounded
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 bunch asparagus, steamed
- 1 (10 oz) braised gluten (Seitan tidbits)

Cooking time 45mins
Preparation
Step 1
Heat coconut milk, curry paste, salt and sugar over medium heat then add vegetables in order below on low heat (simmer not boil)
1st add carrots and potatoes
2nd add gluten and then steamed asparagus at end
Cook time 45-60 minutes
Serve over Jasmine rice
