Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Vegetable oil
- 4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced green onions
- Sliced radishes
- Salsa

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine cheeses; set aside. In a small bowl combine taco seasoning mix, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Heat griddle or large frying pan; rub lightly with oil. Heat one tortilla, turning after one minute. Cover half of tortilla with 1/4 of the cheese. Sprinkle lightly with 1/4 of the seasoning mixture. Top with 1/4 of the green chiles and 1/4 of the green onions; fold tortilla over. Cook over low heat until tortilla starts to become crisp. Turn and cook other side. Remove from pan and cut into 4 wedges. Repeat procedure 3 times. Top quesadilla wedges with desired toppings.
