White Bean Hummus

Ingredients
- 16oz can Great Northern beans or Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- juice of 1/2 lemon or to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika for topping, optional
- fresh pita bread, cut into wedges
- fresh cut raw veggies

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cobine beans, tahini, garlic, lemon and cumin plus 1/4 cup water in a food processor. Process until smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed. It should have consistency of a think dip. Add water if needed.
2. Taste the dip and while it's still in the processor, season with salt and pepper. Then pulse on and off to mix. Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle on paprika, if desired.
3. Arrange a platter of pita wedges and fresh veggies to dip into hummus.
