  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2-3 cups fresh brussel sprouts

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F

Whisk the vinegar, onion powder, and pepper in a small bowl. Slowly add the olive oil and whisk well after each addition.

Place the brussel sprouts ina single layer on a baking sheed covered with nonstick aluminum foil. Drizzle the dressing over the sprouts, coating well. Bake for 25 minutes, turning once about mid-way through.

The sprouts are done when they are moderatley soft and are mildly browned in spots.


Instead on the onion powder, you could add diced or sliced onions to the brussel sprouts and allow them to roast and add more instense flavor.
