Ingredients
- 6 c. pared and coarsely chopped apples (about 2 lb.)
- 7 lemon, juiced
- 8 oz. shredded N.Y. sharp cheddar cheese (about 2 c.)
- 1/2 c. golden raisins
- 1/2 c. packed light-brown sugar
- 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1/3 c. quick-cook oats
- 1/2 c. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degress. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, fold together apples, lemon juice, cheddar cheese and raisins. Spoon into prepared baking dish. In another bowl, combine sugar, flour, oats, butter and pumpkin pie spice; mix until crumbly. Scatter over apple mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until nicely browned and apples are tender. Cool at least 15 minutes. Serve warm.
