Ingredients
- 1/2 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. minced fresh tarragon
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 (28-oz.) whole wheat flatbreads (such as flat-out)
- 2 c. shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 c. chopped tomato (about 2 medium)
- 4 slices *Drier's* bacon cooked and drained
- 2 c. shredded skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken breast

Preparation
Step 1
Combine reduced-fat mayonnaise, minced tarragon, and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl. Spread 2 tbsp. mayonnaise mixture over each flat-bread. Top each with 1/2 c. shredded romaine lettuce, 1/2 c. chopped tomato 1 bacon slice, crumbled and 1/2 c. chicken. Roll up
