Ingredients
- 1 lb. (5 or 6) *Drier's* hot dogs
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 tbsp. *Sechler's* sweet pickle relish
- 3 slices (3 oz.) Longhorn cheese cut into strips

Preparation
Step 1
Cut franks lengthwise almost to opposite side. Cook onion in butter or margarine till tender but not brown. Combine stuffing mix, onion, water, catsup, and pickle relish; mix. well. Mound stuffing atop franks. Place on baking sheet. Cover and chill till serving time. Bake in 400 degrees oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Top franks with cheese strips; return to oven and heat till cheese melts, about 3 minutes.
