Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. romaine-blend mixed salad greens
- 1/4 lb. sliced drier’s ham, cut into thin strips (3/4 c.)
- 1/4 lb. sliced cooked roast beef, cut into thin strips (3/4 c.)
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled (1/2 c.), if desired
- 3/4 c. low-fat balsamic vinaigrette (p. 2)

Preparation
Step 1
Place salad greens in large serving bowl. Top with ham, beef, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese. Just before serving, pour vinaigrette over salad.
